Placing an Order:

Call us at 323-665-0545 to place orders for baskets, platters, gift boxes, catering needs, and general cafe orders.

We charge tax and delivery fees.

Nationwide shipping available.

Please be aware that some of our items are seasonal and may not be available. We encourage you to call and speak with our staff to ensure that we have what you are looking for.

Shipping Policy for Wine and Beer Purchases


Orders that are placed for in-store pickup are fulfilled within 24 hours when possible. Orders placed on Thursday through Sunday for shipping are shipped on the following Monday. All orders that take greater than 3 days to arrive UPS Ground will ship the following Monday after the order is placed unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges for grocery items are based on shipping time requested. Shipping charges for wine and beer are based on delivery area and package size weight, and level of service.

Sale of Alcoholic Beverages:
Due to various state laws and shipping costs, we only accept wine and beer orders by phone. Please call: 323-665-0545 to place an order.

You must be over the age of 21 to purchase alcohol. Say Cheese makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not sold or delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site and placing an order you guarantee to us that you are 21 years of age. Proof of age at time of delivery (Adult signature required) or pick-up may also require positive ID.

Alcohol Shipping Restrictions:
Unfortunately, due to state and local laws of the following states, we can not ship wine or beer to addresses within those states. 
• Utah
• Oklahoma
• Mississippi
• Alabama
• Kentucky
• Pennsylvania
• Delaware

Also, NEW YORK does not allow the shipping of alcohol and food in the same package, they must be shipped separately.

Cancellation of an Order:
Unless an order is canceled the same business day on which it is made, it is subject to a 5% re-stocking fee. Any order that is canceled that is in transit is subject to the shipping and return shipping charge paid for by the buyer.

Merchandise Return:
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items. We will accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt. We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have the product back in inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase.

Wrap the package well, include a note with the reason for the return and the receipt, and ship it to:

Remember to insure it for full value. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Extreme Weather:
Say Cheese will not, and cannot, be held responsible for any damages to wines incurred during extreme weather. Weather damage is not covered by insurance. Shipping is at your own risk. Shipping Holds may be requested during these periods of time. If you do not request a hold, your order will ship on the next available ship date. Please check your local weather before placing your order.
